Dielectric Multilayered Films
Meta Synthesis Materials Co., Ltd. have demonstrated fabrication of high energy density, high temperature performance capacitor films and capacitors. The HIGH K films offer a capability to reduce capacitor size by increasing energy density. The films are available at low rate quantities and evaluation.
A Few Key Developments in the Dielectric Film Technology Are:
- Multilayered films with increased energy density, high temperature performance (up to 130 °C) achieved, better than BOPP or PET capacitor
- Film roll production rate up to 3000 ft length
- Film thicknesses range – From 2 µm to 20 µm (and more if required)
- Capacitor prototypes in 1 µF to 60 µF developed and tested various properties.
- Capacitance change less than 5% over 25 to 130 °C.

Meta Synthesis Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2019. The management team is coming from the well-experienced aluminum electrolytic capacitor manufacturer, Minwax Electronic Enterprise Co., Ltd., which has been in business for more than 30 years. Also integrating with Taiying Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., we combine raw materials R&D, system verification , product manufacturing, quality management and sales. The product application includes high energy density film development and manufacturing, customization design and production of electronic components, integration of application module design and sales.
With the strengths of the two companies in their own fields, solid and widely experience in material design capabilities, product manufacturing and sales, Meta Synthesis Materials Co., Ltd. supply the product from the research & development of raw materials to the verification and sales of production.
